NO Returns and NO Refunds
If you have received an incorrect item or a defective item contact us for a review. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for STORE CREDIT, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges 
We only replace items with STORE CREDIT if they are defective or damaged. Local orders can contact us for an exchange on same item if anot her size is needed. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at melodiaboutique@gmail.com with the subject as "EXCHANGE".


Shipping
Allow 2-3 days to ship your order. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Disputes/Chargebacks
Before filing a dispute contact us at melodiaboutique@gmail.com and allow 2-3 for us to get back to you to resolve the issue. Any disputes filed will be investigated. Chargeback Representment will be considered if the disputes are invalid. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
